Mobile invoicing

Log in to the mobile app

  • Invoicing can be done, anywhere, anytime, with an internet connected smart phone or tablet. Just go to www.capitalguardians.com (or save our homepage as an app), and you will be presented with a login screen.
  • Having logged in, you will be presented with a choice to raise a single invoice or multiple invoice.
     

 

Raising a single invoice

  • When selecting an account name to raise a single invoice, having selected the correct account, enter your: invoice number;
    • date (default to the current date);
    • the amount $
    • your description of the services;
    • add a document image (optional); and
    • submit.
  • Your invoice will now be approved by your client and paid directly into your bank with a remittance advice email.
  • Relax and get paid.

 

Raising multiple Invoices

  • When you have multiple invoices to create, the fastest way is to select Raise Multiple Invoice, after logging in.
  • Then select the facility or community (if you supply muliple aged care networks), enter a date.
  • Select Next.
  • All the accounts are listed in the community, you may scroll down and enter invoices, one after the other… and submit.
  • Your invoice will now be approved by your client and paid directly into your bank with a remittance advice email.
  • Relax and get paid.
