Our Local NDIS Plan Management Team

Nicole Adams is our NDIS Plan Management Adelaide representative. She has lived experience with the NDIS having been her mother’s full time carer for the last 5 years, Prior to this Nicole held various retail and admin related roles.

Nicole’s qualifications include Cert II in Community Pharmacy, Cert III Business Administration, RDNS health support and NDSS diabetes basic.

Your local NDIS Plan Management Albany region representative is Debbie Blanchette. Deb holds a Cert I & II in Health and Wellness Coaching.

Debbie has 25+ years experience working in the disability sector, including more recently with the NDIS . Her primary focus is on ensuring individuals have full choice and control in all aspects of their life, and in making the NDIS plan management process as simple as possible.

Miranda has a Diploma in Community Service, Diploma in Counselling, Certificate IV in Disability and Certificate III in Aged Care. She has been an Independent Personal Community Carer and Counsellor for over 8 years in the disability/home and community care sector.

Being a Ballarat local and working with a range of people of varying ages, Miranda helps them achieve their goals with a solid background in local services and service providers.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative for Ballina, Byron Bay & Lismore regions is Katie Dillon FNTP, Dip. Soc.Sci.

Katie has had a career change to Wellness and Health from Banking & Insurance. She is a health coach and operates a nutrition clinic in Ballina. Katie is dedicated to making the NDIS plan management process as simple and effective as possible – allowing clients to live their best lives with as much independence as possible. Born and raised in Ballina and having lived in both Byron Bay & Lismore, Katie has a plethora of local knowledge and contacts.

NDIS Plan Management Batemans Bay
and Eurobodalla Shire is represented by Joanne Redfern. Joanne has 20+ years experience in Disability Service.

Previous positions include Support Worker, Support Co-Ordination and Management. Joanne’s expertise includes the development of individualised support programs, leading the NDIS transition, recruitment and training of disability support staff and managing disability housing initiatives.

Catherine has a BA Honours Business Management, Certificate III in Aged Care and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Behavioural Science ( Psychology/ Social work).

As our NDIS Plan Management Brisbane representative Catherine has 8 years experience in both the disability and aged care sectors. She brings a solid understanding of the industry, hands-on experience and a comprehensive skill set to achieve positive outcomes for families and young people of all abilities.

Diane has worked in various industries including Banking and Retail Management. She has also previously worked with the Western Australian Department of Human Services.

Diane is a Mother/Carer to a special needs 6-year-old son therefore can relate to the challenges and stresses faced by NDIS recipients. Her extensive NDIS Plan Management knowledge and contacts in the local area are of considerable benefit to her clients.

Kylie’s qualifications include a Cert 111 in Community Services Disability Work; Studying Bachelor of Food and Nutrition.

She has been working in the Disability sector for over twenty-eight years due to having children born with disabilities. In addition, Kylie has also worked to help raise funds for many community services and different disabilities.

Megan is a Registered Nurse of 4 years. She has a particular interest in palliative care and is currently working in a Hospice and a Community Palliative Care Team. Prior to nursing, Megan was an aged care worker for 4 years. Alongside her Nursing degree she holds Certificates III and IV in aged care.

Meg is very passionate about helping people and has both knowledge and compassion when it comes to the challenges that people with a disability face. She is committed to supporting and empowering people with all the support they may need to live comfortably in their homes.

Susan has a background in financial planning and banking, having managed her own practice. Her professional experience also includes over ten years in the Disability sector.

Susan was instrumental in supporting her husband, who successfully managed a respite and care home. This experience ignited Susan’s passion towards the protection and betterment of vulnerable persons, including those receiving NDIS funding.

Our NDIS Plan Management Devonport representative is Sarah Stephenson. Sarah is a certified Business Administrator and also holds a Diploma in Exercise Physiology.

In addition, she is a mother of a disabled son. This has provided Sarah with the opportunity to gain personal knowledge of the NDIS . Due to her son’s age, this process has been with the Early Childhood Early Intervention. Sarah enjoys being an advocate for people living with disabilities.

Marley Tunstall is our NDIS Plan Management Discovery Coast representative. Marley’s career in the disability and HR/Recruitment sectors began in 1996, and saw her progress from direct support work to senior management and board positions within the disability sector. She was one of the co-founders of the Toowoomba Business Disability Awards in 2012.

Through her management and consulting roles within numerous Chambers of Commerce in SE Qld, Marley has many years’ experience encouraging collaboration and networking within industries and communities. This, together with strong business ethics and relationships across all sectors, positions Marley well to support Plan Management clients in Agnes Water, Discovery Coast and surrounding areas

Christopher’s education includes DipFP, CFP®, BTheol, GradDipEd. He is a Certified Financial Planner® specializing in Centrelink and Age Care.

As our NDIS Plan Management Dubbo representative, Chris brings 20+ years’ experience in the financial services sector, working with banks and now in his own wealth management business. One of his ambitions is to improve financial literacy standards within the community (for example, empowering clients to take charge of their money). Prior to becoming a Financial Planner, Chris was a Church Minister and Army Chaplain.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative in Gippsland is Toni Culph – B.A. (Recreation), Accredited Life Coach, Cert IV Assessment & Workplace Training

Toni has a background in setting and attaining individual goals in health, family, finances, relationships through a career in life coaching, recruitment and as a youth support worker and personal carer. Currently, Toni is also looking after her mother with Dementia and has gone through the process of finding and sourcing good quality and good value service providers and balancing that within budget restraints.

As your local representative in the Gladstone Region, Richard Kemp’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration, Certificates to Level 4 in Retail and Training, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, First Aid and CPR. He is currently studying for a Diploma of Counselling and Certificate 3 Individual Support Aging. Richard also has volunteer experience in Home Care and Counselling.

Richard has worked in a variety of roles, more recently as a Team Leader and Retail Store Manager. As such he has a strong ability to relate to people and to build positive relationships. He also has experience caring for aged parents, so understands the challenges of finding suitable providers of care, particularly in regional areas.

Debora Maiore is our Glass House Mountains representative. Although based on the Sunshine Coast she works with many clients across Australia. Her qualifications include a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Deb has extensive experience in both administration and accounting roles, having worked in local government, the private sector and community groups. With her considerable NDIS knowledge she is often the first point of contact for our NDIS clients and providers.

Your local NDIS Plan Management Gold Coast representative is Paula Frewin. Paula has a Diploma in Administrative Management, Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping is currently completing a Diploma of Practice Management.

Paula’s career includes several years working in the medical industry which has given her a solid understanding of the services available through Medicare that can complement NDIS funding. She also has lived experience caring for a relative who needs considerable care.

Jackie started working in the disability sector in 2009, prior to which she had a 10-year career in the IT industry. Over the last 12 years, Jackie has been a support worker for clients with Acquired Brain Injury, Tetraplegia and psychosocial disabilities, worked as a support and service coordinator and aged care assessor. Jackie also has personal experience supporting and advocating for people with a disability as two of her three sons have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Jackie has studied towards a Bachelor of Arts focusing on Psychology. She lives in rural NSW on a 115-acre farm and has a passion for helping those in rural areas find the support they need to achieve their goals.

In addition to her administration qualifications, Lisa is a highly active volunteer in her local community. She has considerable “coal face” experience with disability. Not only does Lisa have close family on the NDIS she also has friends with mental and physical challenges. Lisa also provided in-home care for her mother and uncle over a two-year period.

As our NDIS Plan Management Gympie representative Lisa has built a vast network of contacts in the area and is well placed to support Plan Management clients in Gympie and the greater Wide Bay Region.

Annette has a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Nursing, GCerts Paediatrics, Forensic Examiner and Youth Mental Health. She is a Registered Nurse.

Annette’s experience includes working in acute care in a regional teaching hospital in Launceston for 18 years. In addition to her role as our NDIS Plan Management Launceston representative she also currently works in the private sector as a Youth Health Nurse combining all her education in one role, based in Devonport.

NDIS Plan Management in the Mackay region is represented by Alexandra Dobbins. Alexandra is an accredited trainer with an extensive background in training and administration management. Alexandra holds a Certificate IV Trainer Assessor, a Diploma of Management and Graduate Certificate in Management, with a focus on Learning Management.

During her career, Alexandra has worked with private and government organisations, including Queensland Health and Mackay Regional Council, building the capacity of employees through training, support, and engagement via open, honest and authentic communication and genuine care. Alexandra brings this experience to her local plan management clients to provide them with professional support to navigate the NDIS and achieve the best possible individual outcomes.

Your local NDIS Plan Management Melbourne representative is Melanie Raman. Melanie is qualified with Dip. Community Services, Cert III Aged Care and Cert III Med.Admin.

Melanie has over ten years of experience in Disability and Aged Care Services. She also ran a successful restaurant in the heart of Melbourne for over 5 years, which is where she advanced her business management skills. She has a very strong interest in the NDIS and always aims for meticulous customer service and client advocacy.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative in Morisset is Andrew Nelson B.Com, CPA

With a career spanning thirty years, Andrew has worked as a commercial accountant. In addition, he has managed his own business with exposure to the Aged Care sector. Andrew’s experience also spans rehabilitation related processes – i.e. to underscore exercise based ‘return to work’ programs for injured workers.

NDIS Plan Management in Newcastle/Hunter Region is represented by Chelsea Robinson. Chelsea holds a Masters of Commerce ( Financial Planning), GradCert Com(FP), Dip FP, JP and Aged Care Specialist Accreditation. She has been a Financial Adviser for the past 10 years, the last 5 years specialising in Aged Care and Centrelink.

During her time in the Financial Planning industry Chelsea developed a passion for the Aged Care and Disability sectors. She understands how difficult it can be for families to get the support and advice they need and to understand the services that are available to them, so looks forward to assisting NDIS recipients in the local area get the most from their plans.

Sharyn Ditcham is our NDIS Perth representative. Sharyn’s professional experience includes working in the Banking sector for over a decade, several years building her family-owned staff agency in the health industry, and customer service roles within the legal industry.

More recently, Sharyn has developed an active interest in advocacy and community inclusion while self-managing complex disabilities for her son and uncle and is a representative on her son’s Educational Support School council and P&C Treasurer.

Marie has a background in community service, legal and finance. She is currently completing a degree in Psychology.

Born and raised in Port Hedland Marie is a mother of 6 with lived experience of a family member with a disability. Community-minded and passionate about helping people achieve their goals, Marie’s professional experience coupled with her connection to local community enables her to have a broad understanding of many of the challenges faced by those living with disability in the Port Hedland region.

As your local representative in Rockhampton Janene Quinn’s qualifications and experiences include a Certificate III in Aged Care, NDIS worker Orientation Module, and is COVID-19 Infection Control certified. She is an experienced Disability Support Worker and Personal Carer in her role as a Self-employed Independent Service Provider.

Janene has personal experience with and considerable knowledge about the NDIS. She has a son with Asperger’s. As a result, she understands the requirements of parents and carers of an individual with special needs – requiring a pro-active and coordinated approach, combined with therapists and medical specialists.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative Shoalhaven is Karen Denny. Karen’s involvement in the community services sector has spanned thirty-five years including as a parent, a worker, a manager, a teacher in the areas of Disability, Aged Care, and Community Development.

Karen’s qualifications and experience include NDIS orientation for workers, managing consumer-directed care, knowledge of Dementia, Bachelor of Social Science- Community Services, Social impact assessment and to access appraisals to buildings. Also, cultural diversity and indigenous studies, Diploma in Disabilities, and Diploma in Community Services.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative on the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra and surrounds) is Susan Hull. Susan’s qualifications include AQF certificate IV in health and social care and AQF advanced diploma in Leadership and Management for care services,

Susan has 25 years of experience working in the aged care and disabilities sector. These positions cover being a support worker, care co-ordinator, manager of a community care company and most recently administration in aged care. Susan has a keen interest in empowering people with all aspects of their life and is committed to ensuring individuals in the aged care and disability sector achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives by understanding the NDIS and the other entitlements made available to them by the government

Your local NDIS Plan Manager representative on the Sunshine Coast is Marianne Morel. Marianne’s qualifications include a Diploma in Small Business Management, IT, Design, Building & Construction, and more recent qualifications in Ageing Support (Cert IV). She is also ATO trained in accounting practices

Marianne has been helping her clients since 2007 navigate through government processes and support systems for special needs clients, youth, and the elderly, through a Support Group she formed called People Matter Advocacy. She works with and supports individuals and families at their varying life stages with practical information and advice, while using her contacts and considerable expertise to connect people with services in their local area.

NDIS Plan Management Sydney – Northern Beaches is represented by Nicole Martin – Bachelor of Economics. Nicole has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry having worked professionally with Specialists, GP’s, Nurses, and Pharmacists, covering a variety of medical conditions and disorders.

Nicole has had personal experience with the NDIS and its subsidiaries since its commencement. Her son was born deaf in both ears, and was later diagnosed with severe ADHD and Autism Level 2. As a result Nicole understands that it takes a co-ordinated and pro-active approach from the parents or carers of an individual with special needs, combined with the medical and therapy specialists supporting this individual, and importantly the government and partners providing the assessment, funding and ongoing reviews.

Henry is a former IT professional and business owner with a proven track record in project management and business administration. As our local NDIS Plan Management Taree representative, Henry now directs his skills & passion into optimising NDIS plans for others with a disability.

Due to his own disability, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Henry has been an NDIS participant since its inception. This has provided him with unique insights into the potential difficulties in navigating the NDIS and issues faced by others with a disability living in rural communities.

Aimee has a Diploma in Dementia Care and is currently studying a Diploma in Community Services, Case Management.

With a background of coaching and participating in many sports, Aimee has acquired knowledge of many community clubs and associations in the area. She has lived in Latrobe most of her life and has cared for her father who has an Acquired Brain Injury (A.B.I) for the past 20 years.

NDIS Plan Management Wollongong is represented by Paula Jackson. Paula holds a Bachelor Degree in Teaching.

Paula has twenty-five years’ experience in managerial roles and in providing care for people of all ages. Currently, within her teaching career spanning 17 years, she has gained considerable experience working with children and adolescents with varying levels of disability. She also cares for her mother who has dementia.

Patricia is our NDIS Plan Management representative in the Yeppoon and greater Capricorn Coast Region. She has qualifications including Cert 1V in Aged Care, Training and Workplace Assessment, Diploma in Business, NDIS orientation for workers, Infection Control Covid-19, and is IT qualified. In addition, she has experience in MYOB and QuickBooks.

Patricia has experience and knowledge in working as a support worker and coordinator for NDIS participants. She believes that understanding the NDIS entitlements made available to them by the government is paramount to their health and happiness, and to each participate being able to get the most out of their funding.
