Your local NDIS Plan Management Albany region representative is Debbie Blanchette – Cert I & II in Health and Wellness Coaching.

Debbie has almost 25 years experience working in the disability sector including more recently with the NDIS . Her primary focus is on ensuring individuals have full choice and control in all aspects of their life, and in making the NDIS plan management process as simple as possible. Deb has a keen interest in empowering people with all aspects of their life. To complement her work in this area, she completed Cert I & II in Health and Wellness Coaching early in 2018.

Miranda has a Diploma in Community Service, Diploma in Counselling, Certificate IV in Disability and Certificate 111 in Aged Care. She has been an Independent Personal Community Carer and Counsellor for over 8 years the disability/home and community care sector.

Being a Ballarat local and working with a range of people of varying ages, Miranda helps them achieve their goals with a solid background in local services and service providers.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative for Ballina, Byron Bay & Lismore regions is Katie Dillon FNTP, Dip. Soc.Sci.

Katie has had a career change to Wellness and Health from Banking and Insurance. She is a health coach and operates a nutrition clinic in Ballina. She focuses particularly on working with clients who have chronic illness.

Katie is dedicated to making the NDIS plan management process as simple and effective as possible – allowing her clients to live their best lives with as much independence as possible. Born and raised in Ballina and having lived in both Byron Bay & Lismore, Katie has a plethora of local knowledge and contacts, and is aware of the challenges people can come up against in the local area.

NDIS Plan Manager Bateman’s Bay NSW is represented by Joanne Redfern. Joanne has twenty-two years experience in Disability Service. In fact, these positions cover being a Support Worker, Support Co-ordinator and management. Joanne has been successful within these roles across the South and North Coast of NSW. Specifically, relevant roles include, most recently, development of individualised support programs, and leader of NDIS transition. In addition, recruitment and training of disability support staff and managing disability housing initiatives.

Miriam has a Diploma in Business Management, Cert III in Children’s Services and Cert II in Community Service. She has worked in health, rehabilitation and medical research for 12 years, prior to which she was employed in Finance and Investment Banking for a further 12 years.

As our NDIS Plan Management representative for Bowral and the Southern Highlands Miriam has lived with a disability for the past 8 years so understands the NDIS and is well versed at connecting people with the services they need to get the best possible outcomes.

Catherine has a BA Honours Business Management, Certificate III in Aged Care and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Behavioural Science ( Psychology/ Social work).

As our NDIS Plan Management Brisbane representative Catherine has 8 years experience in both the disability and aged care sectors. She brings a solid understanding of the industry, hands-on experience and a comprehensive skill set to achieve positive outcomes for families and young people of all abilities.

Georgina has a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and is currently studying a Certificate III in Disability. After many years working in the media industry managing budgets on productions and cost reporting Georgina has shifted her focus to healthcare.

Georgina is an NDIS participant herself so brings not only considerable knowledge about the NDIS, but also experience and understanding from a participant viewpoint. She is passionate about empowering others to live a fulfilling life and work towards their goals.

Diane has worked in various industries such as banking and retail management. For part of this time, she worked with the Western Australian Department of Human Services. She gains a great deal of experience and liaising with people of all ages, races, and disabilities. Also, Diane is a Mother/Carer to a special needs 6-year-old son. Therefore, Diane knows the stress of everyday life and all the challenges that can arise. Having a good understanding of NDIS Plan Management in the Bunbury area is a benefit for participants.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative for Darwin is Kear Whitewolf – BA Population Health and Sociology.

Kear has over 10 years’ management experience in the aged care and disability sectors through his leadership roles in the Department of Health (and Ageing) and the Department of Social Services. Over the past 5 years, Kear was extensively involved in leading the transition of the Victorian State Government, Home and Community Care program into the federally managed initiatives NDIS , CHSP and Home Care Packages.

Kear has demonstrated expertise in budget management, and is a strong advocate for a client’s choice and control of Government funding.

NDIS Plan Manager Devonport representative is Sarah Stephenson. Sarah is a certified Business administrator. Plus Sarah holds a Diploma in Exercise Physiology.
In addition, she is a mother of a disabled son. In fact, this has given Sarah five years experience in gaining personal knowledge of the NDIS. Due to her son’s age, this process has been with the Early Childhood Early Intervention. Equally important, Sarah enjoys being an advocate for people living with disabilities.

NDIS Plan Management Dubbo is Christopher Turtle.
Chris has 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, working with the banks and now in his own wealth management business. In addition, he is a Certified Financial Planner® specializing in Centrelink and Age Care. Furthermore, it is his ambition to improve financial literacy standards in the community. For example, empowering clients to take charge of their money. Prior to being a financial planner, Chris was a Church Minister and Army Chaplain.

NDIS Plan Management Geraldton is represented by Mark Ditcham – B.App.Sci Biology, PG Dip. Tropical Environmental Management and PG Cert. Indigenous Studies (Wellbeing).

Mark has 10 years experience in Indigenous Counselling and Support. In additional he has specific disability experience having cared for and supported family members with disability including brain damage, autism and cerebral palsy.


Toni Culph

Local Representative

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative in Gippsland is Toni Culph – B.A. (Recreation), Accredited Life Coach, Cert IV Assessment & Workplace Training

Toni has a background in setting and attaining individual goals in health, family, finances, relationships through a career in life coaching, recruitment and as a youth support worker and personal carer. Currently, Toni is also looking after her mother with Dementia and has gone through the process of finding and sourcing good quality and good value service providers and balancing that within budget restraints.

Glass House Mountains NDIS Plan Management is represented by Debora Maiore. Deb has extensive experience in both administration and accounting roles. For example, working in local government, the private sector and community groups has provided this experience. Furthermore, Debora is usually the first point of contact for suppliers and clients. In addition, Debora prides herself on her excellent organisational and communication skills.

Jackie started working in the disability sector in 2009, prior to which she had a 10-year career in the IT industry. Over the last 12 years, Jackie has been a support worker for clients with Acquired Brain Injury, Tetraplegia and psychosocial disabilities, worked as a support and service coordinator and aged care assessor. Jackie also has personal experience supporting and advocating for people with a disability as two of her three sons have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Jackie has studied towards a Bachelor of Arts focusing on Psychology. She lives in rural NSW on a 115-acre farm and has a passion for helping those in rural areas find the support they need to achieve their goals.

Susan has a background in financial planning and banking, managing her own practice. Also, Susan spent over 10 years in the Disability sector. Moreover, Susan’s husband managed a respite and care home with her support. Due to this experience, Susan’s passion ignited towards the protection and betterment of vulnerable persons. Furthermore, Susan is still serving as an advocate on behalf of those who need a voice. Equally important Susan enjoys just helping people.

In addition to administration qualifications, Lisa is a highly active local volunteer. Lisa has significant “coal face” experience with disability. Furthermore, Lisa has close family on the NDIS. Also, she has friends with mental and physical challenges. Equally important, Lisa also provided in-home care for her mother and uncle over a two year period.

Hobart NDIS Plan Manager representative is Terry Howard.
Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
Terry is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Specifically working in both large and small-medium sized companies. Particularly in the not for profit sector. Working with people in many diverse areas including those with disabilities, appreciation of how difficult it can be for those living from crisis to crisis and keen to make a difference in their lives. He is on the board of Justas and Tasmen and volunteers for the Salvation Army.

Annette has a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Nursing, GCerts Paediatrics, Forensic Examiner and Youth Mental Health. She is a Registered Nurse.

Annette’s experience includes working in acute care in a regional teaching hospital in Launceston for 18 years. In addition to her role as our NDIS Plan Management Launceston representative she also currently works in the private sector as a Youth Health Nurse combining all her education in one role, based in Devonport.

Your local NDIS Plan Manager Melbourne is Melanie Raman. Melanie is qualified with Dip. Community Services, Cert III Aged Care and Cert III Med.Admin.

Melanie has over ten years of experience in Disability and Aged Care Services. She also ran a successful restaurant in the heart of Melbourne for over 5 years, which is where she advanced her business management skills. She has a very strong interest in the NDIS and always aims for meticulous customer service and client advocacy.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative in Morisset is Andrew Nelson B.Com, CPA

With a career spanning thirty years, Andrew has worked as a commercial accountant. In addition, he has managed his own business with exposure to the Aged Care sector. Andrew’s experience also spans rehabilitation related processes – i.e. to underscore exercise based ‘return to work’ programs for injured workers.

NDIS Plan Management in Newcastle/Maitland is represented by Cassie Stokes. Cassie possesses a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Dementia, Certificate IV Aged Care and Advanced Certificate in Community Welfare.

Cassie has worked in aged care for 25 years, holding team leader positions in each of her 3 roles. She has experience, and a special interest in the Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD).

NDIS Plan Manager for Perth is Sharyn Ditcham. Sharyn has worked in banking for over a decade, several years building her family owned staff agency in the health industry, and customer service roles to the legal industry. More recently, Sharyn has developed an active interest in advocacy and community inclusion while self-managing complex disabilities for her son and uncle and is a representative on her son’s Educational Support School council and P&C Treasurer.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative Shoalhaven is Karen Denny.

Karen’s involvement in the community services sector has spanned thirty-five years. Inclusive as a parent, a worker, a manager, a teacher in the areas of Disability, Aged Care, and Community Development.

Karen’s qualifications and experience include NDIS orientation for workers, managing consumer-directed care, knowledge of Dementia, Bachelor of Social Science- Community Services, Social impact assessment and to access appraisals to buildings. Also, cultural diversity and indigenous studies, Diploma in Disabilities, and Diploma in Community Services.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative on the Sunshine Coast is Marianne Morel. Marianne’s qualifications include a Diploma in Small Business Management, IT, Design, Building & Construction, and more recent qualifications in Ageing Support (Cert IV). She is also ATO trained in accounting practices

Marianne has been helping her clients since 2007 navigate through government processes and support systems for special needs clients, youth, and the elderly, through a Support Group she formed called People Matter Advocacy. She works with and supports individuals and families at their varying life stages with practical information and advice, while using her contacts and considerable expertise to connect people with services in their local area.

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative on the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra and surrounds) is Susan Hull.

Susan has 25 years of experience working in the aged care and disabilities sector, these positions cover being a support worker, care Co-Ordinator, Manager of a community care company and most recently administration in aged care. Susan’s qualifications include AQF certificate IV in health and social care and AQF advanced diploma in Leadership and Management for care services

Susan has a keen interest in empowering people with all aspects of their life and is committed to ensuring individuals in the aged care and disability sector achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives by understanding the NDIS and the other entitlements made available to them by the government

Your local NDIS Plan Management representative – Northern Sydney is Andrew Larsen B.Com .

Drew has over 30 years’ sales and marketing experience predominantly within the entertainment industry having worked for Warner Music, Universal, Roadshow Entertainment & Readers’ Digest.

More recently he transitioned into Aged Care as Marketing Manager for RSL LifeCare (best known for ‘The War Vets’ ANZAC village – Narrabeen) marketing over 50 retirement villages, Aged Care homes and home care services. Born and raised on Sydney’s North Shore, Drew has spent the last 25 years living on the Northern Beaches.

NDIS Plan Manager for Taree and Forster-Tuncurry NSW is Henry Hudson.
A former IT professional & business owner, Henry now directs his skills & passion into optimising NDIS plans for others with a disability. Henry has a proven track record in project management & business administration. Due to his disability, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Henry has been an NDIS participant since its inception. In fact, this has provided him with unique insights into the potential difficulties in navigating the NDIS. In addition, it gives him the skills to optimise its benefits. Henry is also acutely aware of the range of issues faced by others with a disability living in rural communities.

Saskia has thirty-years experience working with and advocating for persons with a disability. Even though handling a heavy workload in the community sector, her passion is ensuring that there is a high quality of services delivered to meet the needs and wants of the participant. Also, Saskia is a parent of an adult with a disability. Therefore, she knows the importance of having a great team of people to assist in navigating the developed services and systems. Having a Plan Manager that keeps abreast of changes and understands the systems is of real benefit to participants.

As our NDIS Plan Management representative servicing the Townsville Region, Anne has over 9 years experience working in the Aged Care and Disability sectors. She has worked as a Personal Support Worker and Workflow Planning Officer in the Disability sector. In addition, she has also held positions as a Community Worker, HACC Program Assistant and Home Support Assessor in the Aged Care sector.

Anne’s qualifications include Certificate III in HACC, Certificate III in Disability. She is currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science. Anne is knowledgeable in the NDIS and has extensive knowledge of service providers in North Queensland.

NDIS Plan Manager Townsville representative is Geoff Milne.
B.A.(English), Cert III Com Services Disability, Cert IV Work Health and Safety, Cert III Community Support and Security Operations, Cert IV Training & Assessment and Work Health & Safety and Business Management.
Geoff spent his last seven years successfully assisting people with disability to make meaningful choices about their life through employment, training and mentoring. Furthermore, Geoff has the experience of having a broken neck, recuperation and years of living with a disability and empathy which helps him see things with a focus on maximising independence for all people of diversity.

Aimee has a Diploma in Dementia Care and is currently studying a Diploma in Community Services, Case Management.

With a background of coaching and participating in many sports, Aimee has acquired knowledge of many community clubs and associations in the area. She has lived in Latrobe most of her life and has cared for her father who has an Acquired Brain Injury (A.B.I) for the past 20 years.

NDIS Plan Management Wollongong is represented by Paula Jackson. Paula holds a Bachelor Degree in Teaching.

Paula has twenty-five years’ experience in managerial roles and in providing care for people of all ages. Currently, within her teaching career spanning 17 years, she has gained considerable experience working with children and adolescents with varying levels of disability. She also cares for her mother who has dementia.
