Our NDIS Team

Registered Tax Agent and Qualified Accountant (CPA)
John has been a self employed tax agent/accountant for the last 15 years. He has developed close relationships with a 400 plus client base. At various times John worked as a university lecturer in teaching accounting, business and tax law. John’s history of employment covers working as an accountant and tax lawyer. John spent a ten year period with Australian Government departments such as The Australian Taxation Office, Department of Social Security and the Commonwealth Employment Services.

Cert I & II in Health and Wellness Coaching
Debbie has almost 25 years experience working in the disability sector. Furthermore, her primary focus is ensuring individuals have full choice and control in all aspects of their life. For example, via disability advocacy support. Not only that, but Deb has a keen interest in empowering people with their health. In fact, to complement her work in this area, she completed Cert I & II in Health and Wellness Coaching early in 2018.

Miranda is an Independent Personal Community Carer and Counsellor. In fact, she has 8 years of experience. This is in the disability/home and community care sector. Working with a range of people of varying ages, Miranda is helping them achieve their goals. As a result, she learns a lot from people with differing abilities and culturally diverse backgrounds. Of course, this gives Miranda a great deal of experience. Being a Plan Manager’s representative is a great way to provide services to participants and private individuals.

Diane has worked in various industries such as banking and retail management. For part of this time, she worked with the Western Australian Department of Human Services. She gains a great deal of experience and liaising with people of all ages, races, and disabilities. Also, Diane is a Mother/Carer to a special needs 6-year-old son. Therefore, Diane knows the stress of everyday life and all the challenges that can arise. Having a good understanding of NDIS Plan Management in the Bunbury area is a benefit for participants.

Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care & Disability)
Faine has a background within a variety of groups. These groups aim at improving accessing services for families. Also, Faine has experience in Administration and making applications for funding through a variety of organisations. Furthermore, Faine has been a strong advocate for disability for patients in rural and regional areas for over 10 years. As a carer for her own daughter, Faine understands the struggles families face with caring. This experience also comes from being an advocate for her own family.

Roshni has lived in Cairns for 23 years with 6 years working in the disability and mental health. As a business manager for a disability organisation, Roshni’s role included the education staff on the NDIS. Specifically on how to achieve outcomes to a high standard of customer service. Above all, placing the client’s needs first at all time. In addition, Roshni’s personal skills are supplemented with a strong understanding of the NDIS, and it’s capacity building attributes.

Master in Sociology and Bachelor of Applied Social Science,
Vaishali of Canberra has eight years’ experience working with people who have disabilities. Positions held have been as an NDIS Coordinator and Client Service Coordinator. Vaishali worked with various organisations in the community sector. Namely, the MSL, Hartley Life Care and Marist 180. She provides excellent customer services to clients with a disability. Vaishali helps clients to achieve their goals and assists them in living independently in the community.

Certificate III Business Administration
Deb has extensive experience in both administration and accounting roles. For example, working in local government, the private sector and community groups has provided this experience. Furthermore, Deb is usually the first point of contact for suppliers and clients. In addition, Deb prides herself on her excellent organisational and communication skills.

LLB, BCom, CA, FFin, FAICD
Hannah has over 15 years providing advice to listed and unlisted companies. This is within the Australian health sector as a Director of corporate advisory firm Grant Samuel. She also spent 6 years on the Board of Alfred Health, one of Victoria’s largest public hospital networks. In addition, Hannah is currently on the Board and Finance and Audit Chair for the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. As well as holds other former hospital board roles.

B.Com, Chartered Accountant
Kingsley has an accounting background. With this, he has combined 17 years of recruitment experience. Therefore, become adept at understanding peoples unique needs and requirements. Kingsley’s wife Jen is a highly qualified Nurse Midwife. In addition, she finished her nursing career as a Nurse Navigator. This involved assisting the chronically ill access to optimum health services. The combination of their backgrounds makes them an awesome team. For instance, this maximises their outcome with assisting people on NDIS.

NDIS Plan Manager on the Gold Coast is represented by Kylie Moore. At a personal level, Kylie is the mother of a nine-year-old disabled child. Her child has significantly high needs. Kylie self-manages her child’s NDIS plan. Therefore, she understands the procedures when dealing with any challenges. Furthermore, Kylie has skills in retail sales and customer service. Previous positions in Office and floristry management contribute to her knowledge.

Susan has a background in financial planning and banking, managing her own practice. Also, Susan spent over 10 years in the Disability sector. Moreover, Susan’s husband managed a respite and care home with her support. Due to this experience, Susan’s passion ignited towards the protection and betterment of vulnerable persons. Furthermore, Susan is still serving as an advocate on behalf of those who need a voice. Equally important Susan enjoys just helping people.

In addition to administration qualifications, Lisa is a highly active local volunteer. Lisa has significant “coal face” experience with disability. Furthermore, Lisa has close family on the NDIS. Also, she has friends with mental and physical challenges. Equally important, Lisa also provided in-home care for her mother and uncle over a two year period.

Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
Terry is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Specifically working in both large and small-medium sized companies. Particularly in the not for profit sector. Working with people in many diverse areas including those with disabilities, appreciation of how difficult it can be for those living from crisis to crisis and keen to make a difference in their lives. He is on the board of Justas and Tasmen and volunteers for the Salvation Army.

BCom (Hons), CA, MBA
Ross has a background in marketing, finance and information technology. Previously as an Executive Advisor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Also, Spotless Group (Marketing), Sensis (Strategy), Benetas (CFO) and MYOB (CFO). In addition, Ross founded the care payments business Capital Guardians in 2009. As a result, the business is the leader in its field. Currently it has hundreds of the largest aged care operators in Australia as clients.

Carolyn has worked in Disability Care in various organisations in the Launceston area over the past 20 years. This time includes direct care work in the community, group homes and day support services. Training covers medication management, fire training, swim rescue training, epilepsy awareness and gastronomy management.

Dip of Finance, MBus
Jennifer’s experience in the finance and banking industry spans 25 years. Furthermore, 20 years owning a franchise mortgage broking business proved successful. On a personal level, Jennifer’s interest is in the NDIS. Therefore, she makes it her priority to support the NDIS participants. In fact, this helps them achieve their goals. Thus, a strong commitment to customer service is Jennifer’s way of showing courtesy and respect.

Cert III in Aged Care, Cert III in IT, Cert 1V in Training and Assessment, Dip. in Hospitality and Business Management.
Patricia has over 30 years’ experience in managing small business. Furthermore, this includes her IT computer training business in Yeppoon. In fact, Patricia has owned and operated it since 2008. Being a carer for her mother who suffered from Dementia, Patricia understands the commitment of full-time caring.
