Patricia is our NDIS Plan Management representative in the Yeppoon and greater Capricorn Coast Region. She has qualifications including Cert 1V in Aged Care, Training and Workplace Assessment, Diploma in Business, NDIS orientation for workers, Infection Control Covid-19, and is IT qualified. In addition, she has experience in MYOB and QuickBooks.
Patricia has experience and knowledge in working as a support worker and coordinator for NDIS participants. She believes that understanding the NDIS entitlements made available to them by the government is paramount to their health and happiness, and to each participate being able to get the most out of their funding.
About the NDIS in Yeppoon & Capricorn Coast QLD
Yeppoon is a coastal town located on the Capricorn Coast in Queensland. It is renowned for its beaches, tropical climate, and the islands out on the bay. Yeppoon has a population of about 8,000 people. Rockhampton, the nearby city has a population of over 83,000 people. Rockhampton is a short distance of thirty-five kilometres from Yeppoon.
Patricia works with NDIS clients in Local Government areas:
Rockhampton - Gracemere, The Caves, Bouldercombe, and Mt Morgan.
Capricorn Coast - Yeppoon, Emu Park, Zilzie, and Byfield, and all surrounding areas.

NDIS started rolling out in Rockhampton and Yeppoon on 1 November 2017. This procedure continued up to 30 June 2018.

BUSHkids are partners with Carers Qld and are a not-for-profit organisation. They support the health and wellbeing of families. Their support covers the regional, rural, and remote communities.
In Yeppoon and Rockhampton, there are several organisations of not-for-profit community services. Their main priority is providing Allied Health services. Inclusive are Disability, Carers, and Home Care Services.

To be plan managed, you must have ‘Improved Life Choices’ included in your NDIS plan, which covers all plan management fees so there is no cost to you. If you have an upcoming planning meeting or review, be sure to request Improved Life Choices is included in your plan. If you have a current plan that does not have Improved Life Choices included, you can request a review of your NDIS plan to have plan management included.
Yes! You can change plan managers any time. If you intend to transfer over to us during the dates of your current plan, you will need to two things: 1. Contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to advise them 2. Request your current/previous plan manager cancels their service booking and reduce their available funds to zero
No cost. Being plan managed means no out of pocket costs to you. When you request Improved Life Choices be included in your plan, the NDIA will cover all plan management fees. This includes the initial set up cost (per plan) as we support your transition to plan management, as well as our flat rate monthly fees.
